Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On the web: open your profile and use the "Manage Subscription" link to reach the Stripe billing portal. On iOS: go to Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, find Prep Slate, and tap Cancel.
I subscribed on iOS but the web app still shows a paywall.
Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are verified through the Apple App Store. If the web app has not picked up your entitlement yet, close and reopen the app or sign out and sign back in. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple receipt and we will sort it out manually.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of your current billing period. For App Store purchases, Apple handles refund requests under their own policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I deleted a recipe by accident. Can I get it back?
Deleted recipes cannot currently be recovered. Before deleting anything important, use the export tool on your profile to save a JSON or printable HTML backup of your library.
The import did not pull in the right recipe.
Some sites structure their pages in ways the parser cannot read cleanly. Email us the URL and we will take a look.
Something else is broken or missing.
